I Skipped Church!!!!!!

Woke up at 9 am today with a TERRIBLE SORE THROAT... and I decided to skip church as I didn't want to pass germs to other people and I didn't want to expose myself to more germs too...

Got up, bathed, ate my breakfast, read until 10:30 am and felt so sleepy I went back to sleep...

Didn't wake up until 3:30 pm!!!!!!!!!! :P Imagine, 5 WHOLE HOURS!!!!!!!!! And I slept through lunch time too!!!!!!!!! :P

Ahhhh, I was really tired, didn't have enough sleep the past few days.........

My throat hurts so badly I can't even drink water without wincing in pain!!!!!!!!! I can barely talk too, infact I hardly talked the whole day, because it's too painful... :(

And my nose is starting to run like a tap already..... and later it's gonna get blocked until I can hardly breathe....sigh......

Why do I have to fall sick now???????? What a wrong time!!!!!!!!!! :(

Nando's and Farewell!!!!!!!!

So as I said in my previous post, we went to Pelita on Saturday night instead of going after church the next day as planned... partly because we didn't want to eat at pasar seni and partly because we weren't sure if they had roti in the afternoons...so we just went to Pelita the previous night.. :)

Instead of going to Pelita after church we ended up at NANDO'S instead!!!!!!!! :) Wow I said so many insteads.. :P

Anyway, yeah, Kerry also wanted to go to Nando's because she loves the food there too... :)

Jie Jie Janet joined us too, so that made 6 of us girls.. :) Sarah, JJJ, Kerry, Chrissie, Jie, and Me!!!!! :)

We had an awesome time there......but after Nando's came the sad part, we had to say goodbye to Kerry and Chrissie!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! :(

It was soooooooo hard to say goodbye, I didn't want them to leave and we hugged so many times!!!! :P Kerry was saying, if only she can put all of us into her bag and ship us to America.. :)

I really miss them so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a crazy week, filled with fun, and awesome-ness!!!!!!! I really enjoyed myself with them last week....

Picturesssss......

Jie, Chrissie, Sarah, Me, and Kerry posing at Nando's!!!! :) JJJ helped us take the picture thats why she wasn't in it... :P

KLCC, Pasar Seni(Central Market), Petaling Street, and Pelita!!!!! :)

This is what happened on Saturday...

Sarah came to pick my sister and I up from our home at about 11 something... :) We had a girls day out!!!!! Just Kerry, Chrissie, Sarah, Jie, and Me!!!! Sam didn't come along.. :) So we didn't need to squash in Sarah's car... just nice, 2 in front, and 3 the back... :D

We headed to the LRT Station at Kelana Jaya, because we intended to take the LRT and not drive downtown.

Bought our tickets, boarded the LRT, and we were on our way to KLCC!!!!!!! It was a longer journey since KLCC was one of the last few stops.. :) But it was fun, it was still early so there were plenty of seats for us... :) We all sat 5 in a row!!!!! It was fun.. :D

Unfortunately, when we arrived at KLCC, we had bad news... Sarah wanted us to go up to the sky bridge thingy in between the twin towers...they give out only a certain amount of tickets per day for visitors to go up. It's free, as long as you can get a ticket... first come first serve basis. :D

But when we enquired at the info desk where to get the tickets, the lady said that the sky bridge and twin towers were closed for maintenance!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOO!!!!!!!! :(

The whole reason why we went to KLCC was to go up on the sky bridge and of course for Chrissie to see the twin towers too...since she hasn't seen it before...Kerry has though.. :D

Ah well, so we decided to walk out to the park, and try and take a picture of us with the twin towers in the background...we managed to get a picture of it, almost all of the twin towers.. :D You'll see in the pictures later.. :)

By that time, we were all sweating and dripping...Both Sarah and I sweat really easily, all I need to do is just walk out in the hot sun and I will start sweating... Kerry was already glistening much earlier, and Chrissie and my sis were also saying it was hot..

We quickly headed back into the air conditioning and agreed that we all wanted ice cream.. :)

But in the end we didn't get any ice cream...we headed to the food court and jie and I had our lunch...the other 3 didn't wanna eat because they were still full from a heavy breakfast...we tried to hunt for ice cream later, but all the places we found were kinda of like expensive and we didn't want to pay so much for ice cream we haven't tasted before...so we went without ice creams...sad... :(

We hung about and walked for awhile until it was about 3pm and went back to the LRT and headed to Pasar Seni!!!!!!!! :D

All of us love Pasar Seni!!!!!!!! I really like the place, all the interesting shops and little things you can buy.... nice place... we stayed there a loooooong time... until like about 6 something.. :) All of us did our shopping there....especially Kerry and Chrissie, who still had to get gifts for some of their family members...they got everything there.. :)

While walking along the shops at Pasar Seni, we came across a stall which had bottles filled with sand paintings in it displaced on a shelf!!!!!!!! It was so interesting and we were wondering how it was done...I said aloud that maybe they did sand art and then stuff the card inside the bottle...the guy heard me and immediately said, NOOOOO, no paper, just sand...I will show you...

And he created another of those amazing bottles with a sand picture in it!!!!!!!! :) He was so fast, and it really amazes me how he can make such pictures... all the little details, he can do it so quickly!!!!! It's really amazing, all of us were just so thrilled and you just can't walk away!!!!!! :)

The guy is from Syria, and he said that the art he was doing is the culture in his country... awesomeee!!!! :D We had a conversation with him while he was showing us how the art was done... :)

I should have taken a picture of his work...AMAZING!!!!!!!!! :) Kerry and Chrissie bought one for a friend of theirs who was generous to them and gave them money to buy rings...the syrian guy made for them a bottle with the twin towers in it and other designs, and also he told them they could put in words... so they got the guy to put in a thank you note... :)

That was really interesting to watch...anytime you go to Pasar Seni, you should look for him...and watch him make one.. :)

After Pasar Seni, we went to Petaling Street, China Town... we just walked through the shops one time and we decided to head back to Pasar Seni again for dinner... later we decided that we didn't want to eat there and we should just eat dinner at PELITA!!!!!!!! :)

So we headed back to the LRT and back to Kelana Jaya...there weren't any seats available until almost towards the end of the journey so we had to stand up...after a whole day on my feet without much sitting down except for twice, my feet were hurting SO BADLY!!!!!! :( Sarah's too... but don't even mention my sister...she was complaining the whole time at Pasar Seni that she needs to sit down, her ankles were ready to burst!!!!!!!!! :P

Before we headed to Pelita, we had to pick up Sam first at Jamie's house...the whole time we were traveling to Jamie's house, we were trying to figure out if all of us could fit behind... since with the 3 of us behind, it's already pretty squash, what more with a 4th person!!!!!!!!! Finally we decided that we probably could fit in... hahahaha

Arrived there, and we had to wait like 10 mins before Sam appeared...even though Sarah already called earlier to inform him we are arriving soon, we still had to wait... haiz.... :P

WE MANAGED TO FIT IN!!!!!!!!! :D A little bit cramped but still "stand-able"... :)

Both Sarah and I could hardly wait to go to PELITA!!!!!!! We were both starving!!!!!! :)

Kerry was sooooo excited to go to Pelita, she missses their food a lot.. :) And you should have seen the food both Kerry and Chrissie ordered, it was like a feast.. :) It filled up our whole table and also part of the table next to us.. :)

And of course, Kerry couldn't go without her orange juice...she ordered 2 glasses and we took a picture of her drinking both of them simultaneously just like the last time she came to Pelita.. :)

After that it was time to drop both my sis and I back home...it was a tiring day but also AWESOME FUN!!!!! :) We had a good time with Kerry, Chrissie, and Sarah...we could talk about things that we won't talk about when a guy is around...teehehehehe... :)

Picturessssssssssss.......not many though.... just 5...

Me, Kery, Jie, and Chrissie posing with the twin towers behind... :)

Kerry and Chrissie!!!!!! :)

Kerry and her two glasses of orange juice!!!!!!! She finished them before her food arrived.. :)

The feast!!!!!! I think 1 plate of Roti hadn't arrived yet too.. :P

Malacca Trip!!!!! :)

Kerry, one of the American girls from the Peacemaker VBS Team dropped by Malaysia with her friend for a visit!!!!!!!!! :)

We were all so excited, haven't seen her for more than a year!!!!!!!!!

So she and her friend, Chrissie, arrived in Malaysia on Wednesday morning...they are staying at Pastor Wong's place...

So Sarah, my sister and I have been planning things for them, and Sarah wanted to take them to Malacca. We started planning and discussing this Malacca trip only last Sunday!!!!!!!!! :P

We could have came to a decision quicker if Sarah had asked them first if they would be too tired to make a trip to Malacca the same day they arrive in Malaysia.

The thing was, Sarah only had to work until 12 something on Wednesday, and yesterday(Thursday) she had a holiday..so Wednesday and Thursday was a good time to plan a trip.

But we were so unsure whether the girls will be really tired and jet lag...it was sooooo hard to decide, Sarah even thought of just making a day trip there on Thursday instead...but we figured it will be too rush and also we can't all fit in her car. ):

Finally we decided to just go ahead and plan the trip, and we decided to buy bus tickets instead...and Mummy managed to book Puri Hotel for us!!!!! (:

So on Wednesday, Sarah, Sam, Kerry, Chrissie, Jie and Me left for Malacca on the 4:30pm Transnasional bus... :)

And arrived in Centra Malacca at about 7-nish.. :D

After that we took two cabs to Puri Hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Puri Hotel is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! It's pretty reasonable I guess, and the rooms are really clean...only thing was, it was a bit musty...

Anyway, I guess all of us enjoyed Puri Hotel, and we will definitely stay in that hotel if we ever go back to Malacca again!!!!!!! :D

The hotel used to be a house owned by some baba-nyonya guy I think... :D You can check it up on Google....

Unfortunately we didn't get rooms side by side...only two rooms were next to each other and the other room was one floor below...saddddd.. :(

Sam and Sarah took the room below and Kerry and Chrissie and Jie and Me took the rooms above...

There was a door connecting our two rooms together!!!!!!!! We unlocked the door and we can enter each other's rooms without having to enter through the main door!!!!!! That was nice... :D

After freshening up we met downstairs about 15 mins later to walk to Jonker Street for dinner...

We had Chicken Rice Balls!!!!!!!!! :DDDDDDD

And we had fun at that restaurant because we did kinda of like a revolving video.. Sam had this gorilla tripod thingy, and it had wheels so we sat at a round table and spinned the camera around and we had a revolving video!!!!!! :D We kinda of just did hellos and laughs and some talking...it was fun.. :)

We were hoping that the shops at Jonker Street were still open at night but apparently not so we headed back to the hotel...and we sat at the lounge area to play CARDS...

We played SPOONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome game, except we changed the spoons to pens since we didn't have any spoons.. :)

I didn't get a single letter!!!!!!!!! The rest all had SP's, or SPO's or SPOO's and finally SPOONS!!!! :P Chrissie got SPOONS first...

At first Sam and I were the only ones who maintained a zero letter, then later he got two letters... hahahaha...they were all trying to get me to get a letter, but I didn't.. :)

Guess what, there was FREE WiFi downstairs, and they provide two Mac's for those who stay there...if there are people waiting we can only use it for 15 mins...but no one wanted to use whenever I wanted to use so I could use as long as I wanted to. :D Awesomeeeee!!!!!

We played and hanged about there until it got quite late like 11 and then we all went back to our rooms to bathe and sleep...

Unfortunately I didn't bring along a hairdryer and it was quite late to go downstairs to the main desk and ask for a hairdryer so I had to wait until my hair dried first before I could sleep..that was about 1am in the morning when it so called dried..

I was sooooo tired by that time, and plop down on the bed...next thing I knew was, there was this MOST ANNOYING MOSQUITO BUZZING INTO MY EAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know how annoying and irritating it is to have a mosquito buzzing into your ear when you want to sleep?????

I had to get up and call my sister and we tried to look for it, but it didn't wanna come out with all the lights...

In the end we left the light near the door on and my sister went back to sleep..I was almost going to sleep when I suddenly SAW THE MOSQUITO!!!!!!!! I tired to catch it but failed...then came the long waiting game of waiting for the mosquito to make its appearance again...

Each time it appears it goes away for about 5 mins and then comes back again, I tried easily 5 times to catch it but it always flies to a dark corner...

I couldn't stand it anymore I was soooooo groggy, in the end I fell asleep with the light still on, and without catching the mosquito...

Thank God I didn't get any bites... :) I woke up at about 7 and then went back to sleep and woke up at 7:45 am...then got up and got ready because we all agreed to meet for breakfast at 8:30 am..

The hotel provided breakfast for us!!!!! It was a yummy breakfast, so many things to choose and eat.. :D

We planned to sight-see the farther historical places after breakfast so that we won't need to carry our backpacks with us....but that plan failed because we figured it was better to check out in the morning and then we could do whatever we want instead of checking out at the 12(that was the checking out time) and having to come back all the way to the hotel to check out...

So we had to carry all our stuff with us which, was ok at first but later it got a bit heavy but ah well, I survived.. :D

We went by foot to all the places we wanted to go to...all the historical places.. :D

And after lunch we went to some shops and then headed to the roundabout to get taxis to Malacca Central again...

I know we really had a short trip, it was like 24 hours in Malacca only.. :(

We were all quite tired, and I guess most of us slept in the bus??? I wanted to sleep earlier but the bus driver played a comedy movie on the bus and I wanted to finish watching it so I guess I only took about a 15 min nap.. :D

And guess what, Aunty Constance invited us all to her place for dinner, so my parents drove two cars and picked all of us up from the bus stop and headed straight to the Wong's place!!!!!!! :D

The first thing we wanted to do when we got there was to BATHE!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D We all hit the showers, that is only four of us, Sam, Jie, Chrissie, and Me!!!

Kerry and Sarah showered after we left... :)

Aaahhh it was good to feel clean!!!!!!! :)

Dinner was a FEAST!!!!!! Pumpkin soup, baked bolognese rice, lamb, and salad!!!!!!!! It was sooooo yummy!!!!!!!! :D

We headed home soon after because everybody was tired too... :P

So that's about all we did at Malacca, nothing much, tiring, but still AWESOME FUN!!!!!! :)

Pictures!!!!!!!! :) I stole all the pics from Sam, he was the only one who took pictures for us, I didn't take any.. :) So all these are from his camera.. :) Enjoy, not many though!!!! :)

Kerry, Chrissie, Me, Sarah, and Jie at the Chicken Rice Balls shop.. :) Our dinner!!!!

We were supposed to do a regal pose but just as I put on a serious face, Kerry started giggling and the rest of us followed after she started, but only Chrissie managed to keep a straight face, she was good!!!! :)

Yaaayyy, we did our Regal Pose!!!!!!! :)

Casual......

On the first floor of Puri Hotel!!!!! :D

Walking in the hot, hot, hot sun... :(

This sign is so funny, the english is so broken and it sounds so funny...and Sam still took a picture of it anyway.. :D

At Stadhuys... :)

St. Paul's Church..

<3

Sarah was supposed to be slave driving us, and looks like Chrissie and Me are laughing at Kerry being picked on by the big boss!!!!!!!! :)

The Ship!!!!!! :)

We were crazy people here...this was part of a fort near a main road and we decided to pose in the hot sun for about half an hour here...Sam took so many pictures.. :D We were really crazy to do this and a lot of people were smiling at us and like laughing.. :D

With Sam, he used his tripod so that he could be in the picture.. :)

Us girls all lined up!!!!!!!! :)

That's about it,

Guess What I Found in the Mail?????

I never get any mail. I'm serious, because nowadays people will use emails or facebook to connect. So I was really surprised when my sister shouted to me that I received mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

It was in quite a big envelope, and I was wondering who could it be from????

I tore open the envelope and GUESS WHAT I FOUND IN THERE??????????

A PICTURE FRAME CARD FROM AUNTY RACHEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so surprised to find that beautiful gift inside the envelope!!!!!!!!! First of all, I didn't expect any mail, secondly, I didn't expect something from Aunty Rachel!!!!!!!!!!!

In case you're wondering who Aunty Rachel is, she's one of my coaches from Teens in Mission. I'm sure if you read my previous post, you would have read about her. :)

The gift had a picture of our whole NET in the front, decorated with the teens in mission logo, and our group number(I think) and also my name!!!!!!! =D

And at the back is a little message from Aunty Rachel!!!!!!! =D

It's so cute, and pretty!!!!!!

This really made my day!!!!!!!!! I have the sweetest, awesome-st coach ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D

Pictures below.....

Posing with the lovely gift!!!!!!

The front...there's my name at the left, our NET picture in the middle, 3 flowers on the top, the Logos Hope logo on the right hand corner, the teens in mission theme logo below, and the 3 stands for our group number(I think...)

The little message at the back.. =D

TEENS in MISSION MV LOGOS HOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Yes, I know I haven't been blogging for like more than 2 months, I haven't been using the comp for a really long time. But now I'm back!!!!!!!

So this is really an OUTDATED post of what happen during the 14-16th of October. (pics are at the end of the post)

I went for TEENS in MISSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) This event was under OM and they planned it to be held on MV Logos Hope, the ship!!!!!!!!! The whole program was on the ship except for boarding. Our accommodation was in a church half an hour away from Port Klang.

14th of October~

So, all the teens were supposed to be at the ship at 7:30 pm Friday night, and then after registration, we had a opening/welcome session, and worship, and then finding your NET groups.

Here's what NET groups are: Let's say if you are a girl, then you will be put in a group of like 6 more other girls with a Coach or two Coaches.

It's the same thing for guys.

So I had 6 other girls in my NET group, so including me it was 7 of us, and we had 2 Coaches. One from the Ship and the other a local, from one of our local churches.

After finding our NET groups, we played a game. I won't go into the details of the game, because I'm just too lazy. We played a game that used ice-cream, so you can just imagine the mess on the carpet after that!!!!!!!!!! :DDDDD

Then we got back into our NET Groups and had a getting-to-know-each-other time. Jenny, my coach from Logos, baked cookies for our whole NET!!!!!!!!! So my NET group got to enjoy yummy cookies while getting to know each other!!!!!! :)

Time to go down from the ship to the bus stop to board the bus!!!!!!!!!!!! There were two buses, so it was kinda of decided that one was for girls and the other for guys because all the girls went onto one bus and the guys didn't wanna join us there so they all went to the other one. :) So it was settled just like that. :P

We had a crazy bus driver, the bus was bouncing the whole journey, and each time he turned around a corner, we all felt like as though he was gonna scrape the curb!!!!!!!!! :)

But we made it to the church safely!!!!!!!! :) Thank God!!!!!

The guys occupied the ground floor of the church and the girls went upstairs. Then, horror of horrors, when we arrived upstairs, we found ourselves on a small balcony overlooking the ground floor!!!! So meaning, if we were to look down we can see the guys!!!!!!!!! The balcony was crazily small!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were all trying to figure out how were we gonna all fit in there, when the caretakers of the church told us that there was a third floor which we were to occupy.... WE ALL HOORAY-ED AND SHOUTED FOR JOY!!!!!!!!!! :)

The third floor was perfect, plenty of room for everyone. Only problem was, the toilets were too narrow, and quite filthy... :P But take into consideration, I'm kinda of a clean freak so to me it's dirty but to you it may not be. :)

We all had to sleep on the floor with sleeping bags, and it was quite hard, but I brought along a piece of camping foam mat which helped a lot!!!!!!!! :) Besides, it was supposed to be a mission event, so considering we had air-cond, we were actually very comfortable.

We girls were actually lucky, we had air-conds. But the guys, only had 2 fans on, apparently, because they weren't allowed to switch on the air-conds downstairs and only 2 fans were working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Apparently they all slept on top of their sleeping bags with their tops off!!!!!! :D

LIGHTS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think a lot of us had a restless sleep the first night, I only slept like for 3-4 hours????? It was so hard to sleep, I don't know why!!!!!! I usually don't really have much problems sleeping, so it was odd that I couldn't sleep much. I kept waking up like every two hours. Also one of my NET members sleeping next to me was tossing and turning the whole night!!!! :( And the air-cond was TOO COLD!!!!!!!! :(

To make matters worse, at about 5 something in the morning, the mosque next to the church blasted a prayer, and that woke all of us up!!!!! And the prayer was so weird, it was so different from those I usually hear. The tune everything was really different. :) And right after the prayer finished, the hindhu temple nearby had some trumpet sounds coming from it... OH MAN, WHAT A NIGHT!!!!!!!!! :( Or should I say morning!? :)

I managed to doze off after the prayer, and the next thing I knew was, I was awakened by one of my NET members, Krystal, at 7am!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waking up time was supposed to be only at 8:30am, but she woke all of us up at 7am, all because she herself was already awake at 6 am, and she couldn't sleep so she got us all up at 7am!!!!!!!! :(

We were all protesting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was too early to wake up, although some of us planned to wake up at 7:30 so that we don't need to fight for the toilets. But 7am was just too early.. :(

15th of October~

There was only COLD WATER to bathe with!!!!!! Brrrr...freezing!!!!!!! It was really cold at such an early hour...and since I'm not used to cold water, I only bathed at 8am.. :) And since there was only one shower head in one stall, most of us ended up having bucket baths!!!!!! And believe me, bucket baths are so much warmer than the one miserable shower head!!!!! Still cold but not so cold... :)

After that it was time to board the bus and go to the ship for breakfast!!!!!!!!!!
Breakfast was good!!!!!!!!!! Yummy!!!!!!!!

Right after breakfast, we had a tour of the ship, and then we had our NET Time, meaning all of us breaking into our NET Groups to have something like a devotion time. :)

God is Love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was the first topic our Speaker spoke about. He was really good, he got all our attention, he went straight to the point, and he kept his sessions short. Like about 15-20 mins. :) He was really awesome!!!!!! :) This was held at the Hope Theater on the ship. Unfortunately it's a very cold place, we were all freezing there!!!!!!!!! :(

LUNCH TIME!!!!!!! I know, breakfast was really close to lunch time, but we were all hungry anyway. :)

1 hour of work experience!!!!!!!!!!! We were put in different departments to work for 1 hour. Some worked at the cafe, some at the place where we have all our meals, some on the deck, some at the book hold, some as Angels(they do all the cleaning), etc.

I got book hold, we had to price books, and it was fun working there! We all got this cool price sticker gadjet thingy which was fun to use... :) I enjoyed my time at the book hold, and the Logos crew members working there, were so grateful for our help! There was this guy working there who kept telling us Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!!!! :D

Hall of Testimonies!!!!!!!!!!!! I love that too!!!!!!! We went back to the Hope Theater to listen to the testimonies of 6 Logos crew members. There were I think 6 different stations, where we go to listen to their life testimonies. :) I managed to only go to 4 different stations, after that there wasn't any time left. But it was really good listening to the crew members testimonies, and how they ended up on the ship. :)

The Passion next. That was The Passion of the Christ movie. I've watched it before at the cinemas long time ago, so I can only remember I cried a lot when they tortured Jesus. It was really scary watching the movie, because the violence and torture was really very terrifying!!!!!!!!! I cried when they started pounding the nails into Jesus's hands and feet. It was so painful!!!!!!!! Alina, one of my friends I met there, was crying so much next to me. She started crying even earlier when they tortured Jesus with some sharp stick thingy and when they were beating Jesus up. I couldn't stand that part, so I closed my eyes and covered my ears. I guess even some of the guys who haven't watched it before were also kinda of scared... :)

Reflection next. We reflected on the movie, and had a small talk with Him.

DINNER!!!!!!!!!!! :) Here's something funny....they served fried omelette with BITTER GOURD!!!!!!! Almost everybody didn't like it, even the Logos crew!!!!!!! Not many people appreciate bitter gourd, but thankfully, I LOVE BITTER GOURD!!!!!!! :) Only thing was, the egg part was a bit too milky for my liking, and it was like the texture of custard..so I didn't really like the egg part but I was ok with the bitter gourd. :) That was the talk of the night and the next morning!!!!!!! THE BITTER GOURD EGG!!!!! :D

God's Love Means...... That was our topic for the second/last session we had.. :)

Back to the church!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everybody were fighting for the toilets to bathe!!!!!!!! That was supposed to be at 9pm but we got stuck in the bus for like almost half an hour for what reason we don't know, all we knew was, we were very near the church, but the bus driver got out to settle something. Apparently we there were other buses or something so the bus driver couldn't drive us to the church until those buses drove away...something like that, so we wasted a lot of time in the bus and by the time we arrived at the church it was like 9:30 or 9:45???? :P

Then we had evening NET. :) Another NET time with our NET group... :)

LIGHTS OFF!!!!!!!!!!! :)

That last night, we all slept like logs, it's usually the case, first nights are restless, last nights are easiest... :) I slept almost immediately!!!!!!!! I was so exhausted from the whole day's activities and lack of sleep the previous night. :)

16th of October~

GOOD MORNING!!!!!!!!!! :) We had to wake up even earlier the second morning because as it was Sunday, the church people needed to use the place where we were boarding... Instead of waking up time at 8am, we had to GET OUT of the church at 8am. So we had to wake up at like 6:30-7am... :( SO NOT NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Traveling to the ship and then breakfast again, and SUNDAY SERVICE!!!!!!!!! We got to attend the ship's Sunday Service!!!!!!! :) I have a confession to make, I was trying so hard to keep myself awake especially during the sermon, not because I thought it was boring, but because I didn't have enough sleep. I kept nodding off!!!!!!!! I nodded more than 15 times, I'M SERIOUS, NO KIDDING!!!!!!!!! I was struggling!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I kept telling myself, NO, YOU HAVE TO KEEP AWAKE, but I couldn't. Two of my NET members next to me were also struggling... I wasn't the only one, so I didn't feel so "malu".. :)

OPEN CABINS!!!!!!!!!!!! We got to visit the Family Cabins, and like they kinda of shared their testimonies too, and we got to ask them questions and stuff... At every single cabin we went to, they gave us some kinda of titbit.

The first cabin we went to was a German family's cabin. The mum served us some banana coconut flakes bars thingy which was really good!!!!!!! :)

The second family was also a German family's cabin and they served us some dried banana titbits thing, and German Mint Cookies that was sent to them all the way from Germany by one of the parent's mom!!!!!

While we were in the second cabin, the CAPTAIN of the ship's wife, poked her head in and asked us if we wanted to meet the Captain????!!!!!!! We all said YESSS!!!!! :) (the captain's cabin wasn't part of the schedule but we had an invitation from the wife so we all went there for awhile) So we got to meet the Captain and talk with him for awhile. They served us some kinda of flapjacks there which were also delicious!!!!!! :)

Next was to our third and last cabin. It was the speaker of the sunday service's cabin.... now he and his wife could really talk, they went on and on and on!!!!!!! :) If not for our lunch time, they would have continued!!!!!! :)

REVOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the awesome-st part of all!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a team building games time. Not that the games were really fun or anything but we still had fun! Each game we played, there was a lesson to learn. The game illustrated the lesson. Like there was one game that we had to really trust the person guiding us, so the lesson to learn was that we are to trust JESUS everyday of our life no matter what. Most of the lessons were all based on trust. :)

Afternoon NET time next....

CLOSING CEREMONY!!!!!!!!!! :(((((((((((( It was so sad................ we didn't wanna leave!!!! :( One of the OM people, Pari gave a small talk on how we can take back what we learned from this camp and apply it to our lives. :) Then there was a open sharing time. It was open to any of the teens or coaches or anybody from the teens in mission to share about anything... :) A lot of us were I guess shy and didn't want to share...but after awhile they managed to get some of us to share... :)

Before we went for dinner, one of the hosts, said that we will have one more last activity. They gave out pieces of paper and tape and we were supposed to tape those pieces of paper behind our backs. And then anybody can write on those paper like something encouraging or notes or anything. So we went round writing on our friends' backs!!!!! It was fun!!!!!!!!! :) A lot of us ended up getting email addresses and facebook profile names during that time... :)
