Tick-Tock

We were eating lunch at a "chap-fun" store, and there was this cuteeeeeeeeeeeeee little girl who is mixed????? I think she could be Eurasion.... :) Anyway she was soooooo adorable......

She was so funny, she kept asking her daddy whether they can go back home and eat raisin buns... :)

Anyway, before she started eating her lunch the whole time she was singing some tick-tock song which sounded ok at first but became like a broken record after that........ :) It was a bit annoying but ah well, at least she was enjoying herself with the song... :)

Her dad actually asked her where did she learn the song and she said at the school.....she was still wearing her kindergarten clothes so at the school probably meant her kindy... :) Her name happens to be Mylie Fong????? I think that's it....there were nametags on her shorts and t-shirt... :)

Anyway later another funny thing happened.......this is their conversation:

Mylie: "Papa, I want water."
Papa: "Here you can drink this..."
it was some leong sui or something...

Mylie: *shakes head* "I don't want that....."
Papa "It's ok wan, no fizzy gas in it......"
obviously she doesn't like fizzy drinks I guess.... :)

Mylie: "Nooooooo, I want WATER......"
Papa: *has to go to the car to get her water*

If she really doesn't like fizzy drinks, she really reminds me of my cousin...we're the second cousins anyway, he's much younger than me, and he DOESN'T LIKE to drink fizzy drinks or anything except water, unless it's Milo.... :)

Infact, he doesn't like to eat sweets, candies, or ice-cream............ only sweet thing he will eat is chocolate la..... :)

So good man he....

ALL FLESH IS LIKE THE GRASS!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

So, Justin actually asked me to listen to this song All Flesh Is Like The Grass.....it's actually from 1 Peter 1:24-25 if I'm not wrong....it's a pretty cool song...... and see if I can figure out the cello and strings part in it.... :)

It was a bit challenging because it's so hard to force your brain to hear the strings part and not the vocals..... it was really really hard, not to mention the cello and strings were so soft!!!!!!!! :))))))

So I listened to the song over and over and over again.... I was pretty last minute, I only did it like 1 hour before we left for practice yesterday... :S

I tried and tried, finally I could only figure out the 2nd part..... so I came out with the first part myself....some random arrangement, which obviously Justin was ok with it, since he liked it... :)

I came out with the random arrangement while the rest were practicing their songs at church, I was at the back, freaking out every minute, and I managed to come out with something I was pretty pleased with, and yaaayyyyy he liked it!!!! :)

The song was played after the sermon for the congregation to just meditate on the words...... :) Justin played the piano and sang, and Aunty Darlene harmonized... :)))))))) I had to be Justin's metronome.....it was quite hard to remember to tap my foot and at the same time concentrate on playing but I managed to do it... :)

I definitely played a number of notes flat.........hahahahahahaha but at least, let's look at it this way, I got through the whole song..... ;))))))

It was funny, both Sue Ann(she played the piano for the earlier songs) and I said the same thing when we were done, "Phew, I'm done...." :)))))))))

After church service, I had a TALKING MARATHON with Grace!!!!!!!!! :) She came today, and we cakap banyak.... :))))) Talked, talked, talked, and also laughed laughed laughed......she's so funny, she kept making me laugh, and I was had aching sides!!!!!! :)))))))) Also I found out she does and likes certain things that I also like to do, and I didn't think anybody else would do too... :)))))))))

To sum up the day, it was a pretty awesommeeee day......................

TWINS/TRIPLETS!!!!!!!!!

Youth Party today was AWESOMEEE!!!!!!! It was a RIPPLES 2011 LAUNCH and also a farewell to Carine and Sarah, and also an appreciation thingy for WEaVE!!!!! :)

The two hobboes(the ones in beanies, you can see them in the pics below...) they handled the ice-breaker...the ice breaker was so hilarious!!!!!! :) hahahahaha....

Anyway, my triplets thingy was a bit "kalam-kabut" but anyway it still turned out ok....we didn't really take a picture together, we were supposed to earlier, but Swen came late, so Michi and I decided to wait for her but end up we forgot, but we did take like not the whole outfit la, just our faces... :) Anyway, Michi decided not to wear scarf too in the end... :)))))))))

Happy Birthday Mummy!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Today's is Mummy's birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I'll let you on a secret. I actually lost track of my days, and forgot totally it was Mummy's birthday, until this afternoon!!!!!!!!! :) Ooooopsss!!!!! :)

But mummy doesn't really mind usually.... that's nice... :)

I bought two brownies for her, and jie also bought two for her, so she has four... :))))))))))))))

We went to Italiannies for dinner....mummy's choice, but the service and food there isn't that nice now....it's going downhil, or should I say degrading?????????? :(((((((((((

Anyway, then we went separate ways for like a half an hour????? Because the shops were going to close soon...... I saw a dress at Jusco, and pointed it out to my sis, knowing she'll probably like it, I for one DO NOT LIKE THE DESIGN.....it's so weird... hahahaha but I knew jie would love it, and she went totally gila over the dress, and she bought it in the end...... :)

I got some top jacket like thing........I quite like it...... :)))))

I'm going to miss her terribly!!!!!! She brings sunshine to church!!!!!! :)))))

Yayyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My fever left me for good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yayyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!! It left me on Wednesday, around then... :) About a week of fever... :(

Anyway, yesterday I could go out after so long!!!!!!!!!! :) And, I'm free to eat rice and dishes again!!!!!!!! :)

I think my fever has left me for good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took exactly 1 week to leave...... haiz.... so long.........................


But I'm happy now, because I can eat more solids instead of soup or bread.... ;)))))))))))

A Come Back.....

Fever so called came back again today....not that it went off yesterday but it was staying down.....shot up to almost 40 degrees again today.......sigh........

VIRAL DAYS...

I'm so sick!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I'm sick AGAIN, thanks to my Sister..... She caught some Viral thingy and passed it on to me... :((((((((

She had it on Wednesday onwards, mine only came on Friday.....so shes suffered more than me... :S

Anyway, Friday and Saturday were the worst days for me especially..... the fever was soooooooo high it went up to above 40 degrees celsius!!!!!!!!! I was shivering under the blanket and that just made my temperature go up even more, although I couldn't help it, I really was feeling super cold..... :((((((

I was ok on Friday morning, but towards noon, suddenly I felt something wasn't that right, I started feeling cold (it was a pretty cold day though), so I just ignored it thinking it was just the weather, but as it came to late afternoon, I was pretty sure I caught my Sis disease........ :(

I went straight to bed, I had this pounding headache, and I cuddled underneath the blanket, rolling up myself in a ball as tight as I could, but I still felt so chilly... :((((

I didn't eat any food for the rest of the day, so you can say I only had one meal on Friday. The funny thing about me is, usually when I get flu or something, if I have a fever, I usually still can eat, I know it sounds so crazy right??? But I don't know why I can eat when other people have no appetites... :) But this viral thingy?????? NO WAY, I felt totally sick, my tummy was going round and round, *shivers*

The only good thing about the whole thing was, I could sleep, thank GOD!!!!!!!!! I was feeling so weak with the fever, that I just decided I shall go to sleep. I thank GOD that I don't usually have problems sleeping.... Whereas my sis, had so many problems with sleeping!!!!!!!!! She kept complaining that she can't sleep and tossed here and there, luckily I fell asleep soon after that so I didn't need to be disturbed by her complaints.

Saturday was pretty bad too, could hardly get up even, was so dizzy and weak, and the headache was still there. The headache is actually what made it worse, without it wouldn't have been so bad I think... haiz....

Mum thought that we maybe should go and see a doc on saturday but then she decided not since she probably thought that most likely what we were having is a VIRAL thingy, and docs can't do anything much about it too except giving us panadol, which, we've been taking, and I don't know how much panadol I've taken already the past 3 days!!!!!!!!! :)

Thank God, I felt better late afternoon yesterday, :) Supposedly, viral fevers may take 3-5 days to go away...... today is my 4th day and the fever has went down below 40 degrees thank goodness, but I still have a fever.....Sis has a very bad cough and block nose, which makes it worse for her...

Today, I woke up feeling almost normal, and I prided myself on getting well in about 3 days, not knowing, I obviously spoke too soon...(pride goes before a fall) Because, now, I feel like as though I'm down with the flu, it's like after the Viral thingy has gotten over the worst part, now it suddenly changes to FLU....it seems to be like that... hahahaha.... so currently I have a very runny and block nose, haizzzzzzz....

Mummy was my sis's and my nurse, THANK YOU MUMMY FOR LOOKING AFTER ME!!!!!!!! I know I may have been a difficult patient but thank you for nursing me!!! ;)

Going to have to sleep soon, my head is starting to get heavy.... :S
